Want your opinion as a Hyderabadi!

I am starting a company in reducing water losses in buildings. In India there is 40% loss happening due to poor infra. But I am asking people in Hyderabad, would you be willing to pay if I somehow show you that I reduced your losses? Basically if I show you losses, you will fix it and don't pay for that "lost-otherwise" water
