Victoria Sponge Cake

Please suggest a bakery with fresh and soft Victoria sponge cake in the marked out area on the map. I know Bangalore Iyengar bakeries are famous but no idea which ones. I don’t trust zomato ratings 😕, only recommend if you have eaten there consistently before. I tried Cafe Niloufer’s last week but it was not fresh.
