ToG or Bribe?

Parcel from CFC (Chaitanya Food Court) had these stickers on them - free sambar rice on next order as a “taken / token of gratitude” in lieu of a 5-Star review and proof sent on WA. What if I rate 3 or 4 stars? No free sambar rice for me? Heard their sambar rice is good but then why’re they giving it away for free?
