Take a guess where do you think this skyscraper is?

So I was passing by >!Abids near Jagadish Market Road!< and noticed a new high-rise going up right on the main road, next to the signal. I’m kinda wondering if this is the best spot for a luxury building. I mean, it’s got traffic, noise, and constant honking from the signal. Not exactly the peaceful living vibe, right? I’m guessing it’s gonna cost 2 Cr+ for sure. So, who’s even gonna buy here? Maybe some business folks who don’t mind the chaos, but does it make sense to put up something so fancy in this area? Or am I overthinking it? Anyone else got thoughts on this? Does this high-rise actually make sense or is it just prime land with a questionable setup?
