Struggling to wake up early.
Does waking up early make you feel better? I have heard about this many times, and I really want to try it, but I always fail to do so. What should I do to wake up earlier and start my day? I usually wake up at 10:30 in the morning, and it feels like half of the day is already completed. I have been trying to do that for the past year, but it never happens.give me tips for starting my day in right way.1
