Should we avoid chicken and eggs due to bird flu?

I came across a news saying ap and telangana has birds/hens dying due to bird flu, maybe in lakhs i am not sure on the count. I eat eggs daily and chicken frequently for protein purpose. What should i do now? Any idea?
