Seeking reliable RTO agent for assistance in Kondapur RTO office

Hi everyone, I need some help resolving a few issues with my 5-year-old car. I’ve cleared the loan but unfortunately lost the RC. After purchasing the car, I moved abroad and also changed my address. Currently, I’m in Telangana for a short holiday, and I’d like to sort out the following: 1. Get a duplicate RC. 2. Update the address. 3. Remove hypothecation. 4. Transfer ownership to a relative (if possible, but the priority is on the above tasks).
