Reels ruined us man!
Yesterday, I made a [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/hyderabad/comments/1itrm8c/investments_at_young_age_doesnt_make_you_wealthy/) about why investing at young age doesn't make you wealthy and announced about my upcoming newsletter. Some people reached out and gave content suggestions for my newsletter and one interesting comment/feedback from a member was '*Enduku bro e newsletters rayadam, reels pettu chustaru, ivanni evadu chadutadu'*. (translation: Why are you doing newsletters bro, instead focus on reels, people doesn't read these stuff). This comment stood out for me. Ngl, partially, I agree to what he said! In fact, my initial plan was also to start an insta page with reels but, I cannot commit my time for editing and stuff so, I settled for newsletter writing which I can do it easily as I love writing (literally!) This got me thinking about how reels have impacted our attention spans so badly. Evaro enduku, even I open insta sometimes and watch reels during some boring office calls! I think, short-form video is the most disruptive thing happened on internet in recent years and changed the way we consume content entirely. Ivanni telsi kuda enduku bro rastunnav ante, writing is a form of liberation for me- it’s where I find clarity, expression, and freedom! Personally, It's more than just words on a page, it's a way to make sense of the world, connect with others, and leave a lasting impact! Vellosta mari!2
