Recruiter with 5.8 LPA , But

Hi Everyone,I am (31 M) have 5 Years in Domestic Recruitment , Living in HYD, due to layoffs I lost my job in Oct 2024, I thought I will get job with good Package, but things went not well, I am getting calls but they are saying market is not good , we will offer 5 LPA only, I have 5 Years End to End Domestic IT Recruitment Experience , if you have any openings or any references please let me know or any suggestions also fine.
