Police took video while I was enjoying my Chai sutta....

I was having a smoke and chai in evening after long day of meeting and all. Police patrol car (that wicked innova) was waiting there and I thought I'm a major and there was no "No smoking" board there... He switched on his camera and came towards me..i Sensed and thrown away my cigarette to avoid further complications. With the recording on Police started questioning me "Where did u buy your cigerette" i replied "what cigerette" then he asked me "Is it cigarette or something else or what you smoking" I replied " If u want to sniff u can" Then he countered and said I want to register a complaint on pan shop not you.. He took my name, adress and phone number( i gave fake address and name but gave my number.) I first thought he would book a petty case on me. But then he assured me its not on me but he wants to show that to pan shop. I'm aware of petty cases..but it's just waste of time and money.. AM I IN ANY TROUBLE???
