No official apartment name

I have recently rented a 2BHK flat in a standalone apartment building in Manikonda. The thing is our apartment building has no official name. We call it with a shop name which is located in the ground floor. What reasons do you think that made the building owner to keep the building nameless? More information: 1. The entire building consists of 25 flats. 2. The entire building is owned by a single person. 3. The owner accepts rent in cash only. 4. No rental agreement was signed up before occupying. 5. Even rental advance was taken in cash.
