Mistakenly Sent money to other number now they are not sending back my money

My order arrived today. The delivery man shared his number. I typed number and sended the money which was 1150. The delivery man told that there was one different number. I called the number for which I send the money the women answered the phone she said she doesn't know anything about it. I told the details about the incident now she is refusing me to send money. What can I do now. I shared the money through Paytm.
