Maximum time it could take from jbs to Airport by pushpak bus?

The title. Also, Are there different routes for different buses or can I randomly hop on the one I get? Plus I've also heard it's not feasible for more luggage? Why is that? I have one hand bag and one luggage. Sorry if it sounds weird but I'm a female travelling solo and new to the city.
