Loosing hope & give up for second kid

Me and my wife 31 years old. We have 1 beautiful baby boy of 4yrs. Last year we had one unexpected pregnancy and due to some family reason we aborted it (main reason my first kid was small and we stay alone). Both the time in past we had conceived naturally. After that we felt bad and started trying. Since we were desperate for kid, jumped to medical treatment just after trying for 3 months. My wife got health issue due to these treatments & we stoped it. After stopping treatment, her health is fine now. Basic checks are done for both us and they seem ok. It is already 16 cycles since we are actively trying, still no luck. We have already frustrated in trying every month and then waiting for result. Then once period comes, again go to sad zone. Now, we are in a stage to loose hope of having second kid. But yes we will just try naturally and will not expect for result. If at all god will give, then well and good. Else be with 1 kid. Because we are already stressed and frustrated of all these. What is your say on this?
