Kondapur owner not returning deposit of 50k. Any suggestions?

I live in a 1BHK furnished apartment in Kondapur. The owner who had a rental agreement with me sold his house to someone else and the new owner also provided a new rental agreement. However, he then leased it out to someone else to manage operations. As per the agreement, I gave my one month's notice to the new owner at the beginning of January and am supposed to vacate by the end of the month. But the owner isn't responding to my messages of returning the deposit for the past 10 days. How do I deal with this situation? 50k is a lot of money for me and I cannot forego it.
