Is this considered cheating?

Hello everyone, my husband and I had love marriage in 2020 we have a 2year old baby together. We bought a new apartment in Kondapur for which interiors are almost finished. My brother got married in Nov month so that month I came here to help my mom with works. Fyi my mom and dad don’t live here they live in Mysore. I keep visiting my in-laws place and my mom’s place often. On Wednesday I visited my in-laws place. A little background my husband was a divorcee before meeting me and the previous marriage was arranged didn’t last for even 6months. We met and got married this is my first marriage. He still claims that he loves me to the core and all that shit but ok, let’s continue with present I took his phone and checked his WhatsApp which I never do little did I know he was sexting some random insta account girls who take money and do stuff right! He was sexting one person I found out and filled with betrayal I asked him what’s this there’s a whole new level of fight that happened since yesterday I came out came to my home and one thing I can’t tolerate is cheating, that only happened with me and he’s claiming that he didn’t sleep with her but I saw her chats and she kept location and he said he will be there in 1hr or something. And he is promising on our baby on everyone he knows that he didn’t sleep every cheater does that I know!!! He’s like I didn’t sleep with her I just did sexting that’s not cheating I love you more than anything in the world come back… the last thing I wanna do is go to him, so folks tell me something what would you do if you were in my shoes and not that I wanna get influenced I’ve made my stand. Is this considered as cheating or not as my husband claims
