Is Stanza Living that bad?

I'll be in Hyderabad for my Internship for the next 6 months. Im getting Stanza Living Single Accomodation for around 18-19K per month including food. I think that perfectly fits within my budget . But I'm reading a lot of reviews about it not being very good.
