I bought an apartment, what to do next?

I bought an apartment that will be handed over in March 2025. The builder gives the house with flooring plumbing doors. Just looking at the house I kind of get it that I need the following. 1. Furnishing - Permanent (Cupboards and etc) 2. Furnishing - Movable (Beds, Sofa's etc) 3. Electricals - Lighting 4. False Ceiling 5. Railings for windows and balcony. **Am I missing anything?** Also, I was thinking of **going with Ikea for furnishing** and kitchen given that they provide very good warranty (25 years for kitchen and wardrobes). Is it a good idea? How expensive would it be? **Any cheaper alternatives with the same quality and support**?
