All of us are fucking idiots. We have let Hyderabad real estate developers charge whatever the fuck the want and we slog it off in EMIs. Bangalore on the other hand sells luxury 2BHK/3 BHKs starting 67L https://www.dsmaxproperties.com/campaigns/skyfields/ By the way Whitefields and Koramangala is as high end as Gachibowli Hitec city or probably more. There no valid reason to justify Hyderabad's real estate bubble. It has IT economy but nothing compared to Bangalore. Hardly any of our startups are unicorns Real estate companies are piling up inventory of unsold flats more than 1L units (highest in India) . They know if they just wait we idiots will get frustrated and go to banks and sell our souls for absurd EMIs. I believe we have to wisen up not be dumb buyers. I am saying we should refuse to pay absurd rates. Prices must come down not just in some far flung Tellapur but in up market locales like Hi tech and Gachibowli.
