How do I get to “gandipet stone photography place”

If I just go to the marker on google maps then it drops me in the middle of the road and it's not obvious how I'm supposed to hike up the mini cliff. Is there a different place one is supposed to enter from? Or are the google maps images from an earlier time and there is no way to get to it now? Also me and my friends wanted to visit it in the evening. Will there be a time after which we can't get in there?
