House hunting

Hi Hyderabad peeps, I am looking to move to Hyderabad in the near future with family and looking to buy a ready to move 3BHK flat. My office is in Financial district so looking to buy in nearby areas with max 30 mins of travel time. Would you be able to guide me on areas where I can buy a flat within 1-1.2 cr in a gated society? Apart from kokapet, Gachibowli, naalagandla, I have heard of areas like Tellapur, Kondapur, Mokila, Chanda Nagar, etc. but not sure if they would be good from a future perspective. Would really appreciate any insights into this. Thanks 🙏
