Hospitals should respect and value patients’ time.
Recently, I visited a famous hospital near Delloite towers, Gachibowli. I arrived early, around 10:30 AM, to avoid the queue and waiting time. However, the doctors arrived at 12:30 PM, keeping me waiting for almost two hours. I am not complaining about the doctors if their usual OP visiting time is 12:30 PM, but the receptionist should have informed me or communicated this clearly. I don’t know who is responsible, but hospitals should value patients’ time.1
