Good CCTV Camera

Hi All, I was going to be getting a new CCTV camera for my home. I currently have the Qubo Outdoor bullet camera. But this camera seems to be giving issues where is not capturing footage when a person is detected. Plus if I want to download footage it only allows footage that is 2 mins in length. I was thinking of going for a Tapo camera but not sure which brand has a good app interface and which that with seamlessly. Budget can be between 2.5K to 8K. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks
