Getting multiple calls from numbers starting with +1305 since morning. Is it a scam?

Acc to google search it can be either from Mali or USA with Miami area code. Any US based friends will call only on WhatsApp and I have their US numbers also saved. None of them are in Miami area. Is it a scam? Please help
