Fraudster Alert!

I need to find this person. He cheater and fraudster. He came as new colleague Where my younger brother use to work First, he borrowed 23,000/- rupees form him stating his family going though hard time , then he took him to the mobile shop and unknowingly purchased phone of 31,000/- Rupees on EMI he trusted him give his phone to him for few minutes.( I think he took it to get OTP). Then he deleted all related massages. My brother find out it later and confronted him. Then he told him he will return him every single rupee. Later he left the job and blocked his number. Then recently he find out someone took personal loans of 7,000 and 28,000 on his ID. When he blocked his number, he said he went to police to file a complaint, but police didn't took any action and closed the case. Now he told me all what happened I am starting from here please help me to find him and please suggest what measures I should take Immediately against him. Thank you.
