Founders Fest the worst thing to happen to me. I am writing this with a heavy heart as I am very angry at how things worked out. This is going to be a long rant. I put up a stall at founders fest that happened at public gardens. I put in all my savings in buying that stall and it was the worst decision I ever made. Here are the things that went wrong: The event was poorly organised and I am so angry I might file a case against them. They false marketed saying the expected footfall will be over 30 thousand. I would be surprised if there was a foot fall of even 3 thousand. They did not allot us stalls even till the day of the event. The power came at 5pm. The event timings were from 12pm to 10pm. It was organised by edventure park and I know people there. And I am going to name and shame them. Habeeb Ali, Meraj Faheem, Ilyas Khan, Saniya Mohammed, Siddiqua Begum. And everyone involved in this event. All the stall owners are cursing you guys. One of the stalls just had a revenue of 700 rupees in two days. That was not even 10% return on what they invested for the stall. And the funnier part was. “The great Hyderabad business challenge” where you can win 5 lakhs guess who won that? Habeeb Ali, who is the organiser himself 😂😂. All the neighbouring stalls I’ve spoken to have sworn to never ever come here again. Even a refund can not fix this because we wasted 2 days of our time and energy on this. We expected good returns looking at the founders fest from last year and this was completely opposite. I hope the organisers see this and know that this event did not help any of the businesses like they claimed it to. If anything we incurred more loses. If you truly care about businesses then do a better job. Some of us put all the money we had for this. The money you have earned from our stalls, will become haram. See you on the day of judgement.
