Food quality in hyderabad

Today I was at Yashoda hospital somajiguda as my dad was having a surgery, was there from 9 am to 6 pm, Couldn't eat anything till 3 pm as there was a lot of paperwork and documentation, I went to cafe coffee day at the hospital, had their sandwich. 3 hours later, I have fallen super sick, I've vommitted 3-4 times. Is the food quality an issue all over India or just hyderabad?
