F NESTAWAY, STAY AWAY FROM THEM
LONGPOST I have been staying in this apartment which is managed my NESTAWAY since 3 years. I felt it was a bad choice but since the apartment is closer to my workplace and the area that I live is decent enough. After 8 months of my stay, there was a water issue and they started running water only in the morning 730 to 930 and this was during peak summer, i thought the problem would wane off after summer, but NOOOO, it persisted. After repeating calling to the manager/owner they said that they don't have enough funds to provide water service through out the day, this problem is now 2 years old atleast. Everyone in the apartment kind of got accustomed to it, but since last 2 days, apart from few apartment, The Electricity board people came over and cut the power of most of the apartments, on asking the manager he says, "Most of the apartments are running over residential meter where as they should have been charged under Commercial metre", Every one in the apartment has been paying there scheduled bills appropriately on time along with Maintenance charges. Now the board is saying there is 8Lakhs due which the owner should be paying and he did not and now all the tenants are suffering, calling Nestaway they are like we will try to resolve this isse ASAP, just got to know the issue won't be solved till 12th of January, what kind of fucking mockery is this. is there any way to sue these f-tards, or anything to resolve this issue, any leads would be appreciated. I don't know whom to blame, the owner of the apartment or the nestaway people. Everyone's playing the blame game and we are suffering.2
