Ex Problem need help

So my friend (f) was in a long relationship and broke up cos she was not in love anymore she tried to work it out but she was the only trying and ended things cos she couldn't take it anymore and now she was happy.Now the ex called her everyday saying she destroyed his life, he has spent money on her, asking to get back and she tried explaining him that she does not love him and has moved on, he is not listening he keeps trying to get her back. She has blocked him now but he went to her house talked to her dad asking to marry her and they clearly said no. He stopped for 2 days but now calls again and again to her, her family and friends too. She does not know what to do in this situation and is very afraid for her life. She is thinking of quitting her job and just sit in home so he won't find her. He did say at the beginning of the call that now see what will I do to you. Any advice will be very helpful and appreciate. Thank you. Edit: she is also worried he might do something to himself and blame it on her
