Evrikaina doctors telusa in Phoenix, Arizona?

My mum is in Phoenix, Arizona to visit my sister and she has been sick for almost a month now. Cough, headache, fever...and it's not going down. But they're hesitating to go to a doctor because she doesn't have insurance and the fee the charge will be cripplingly high. So does anyone know a doctor in the area from the community who would be willing to see her? They can pay some money but not the regular fee....that's the problem.
