Commissioner of Food Safety Telangana

Guys, we’ve all seen Commissioner of Food Safety Tlangana posts on X on hygiene issues, cockroach infestations, and storage problems in various restaurants. I follow them and appreciate their efforts. Every day, I see comments like, “What action did you take?” or “Why didn’t you close the shop?” Honestly, other than imposing fines and issuing warnings, what else can they realistically do? If they start shutting down every restaurant with violations, let’s be real—most of the eateries in Hyderabad would be gone! The government doesn’t care about our health—they only care about the tax revenue these businesses bring in. FSAAI is also a joke. It’s up to us as to make better choices. Either eat at places with open kitchens where you can see the food being prepared, or just cook at home.
