Cardiologist recommendations

Hi, I'm 23m I have congenital heart problem, I go to AIG hospital every 2 years for regular check-up, this year went to AIG hospital and did regular check-up, the doctor said that open heart surgery should be done. But I'm considering other doctors for second option. Please give me some doctor recommendations.
