BEST OFFICE CHAIR UNDER 10K

Hey Guys, I'm a guy who stays a lot in home, Also I'm a lil yt guy, recently I'm suffering from heavy back pain coz I'm not using any office or gaming chair (currently using TUB chair) So i need a suggestion from You, anyone recommend me A OFFICE CHAIR under 10k , I'M 6 FEETS I've also did some R&D , what i heard is 1) LAMBARD support is Important 2) The wheels must be rubber wheels 3) And the Sitting seat must be lengthy 4) Head rest also Imp (optional) In YouTube there are no.of videos about this but I can't figure out which is PAID PROMO WHICH IS NOT Or if ur using any chair for long time without back pain kindly lemme know 😄
