Anyone who suffered with Hep A virus? Or any doctors here? 🙏🏻

Hi folks! So Im currently suffering with Hepatitis A with elevated liver enzymes and jaundice. Im non smoker, non alcoholic. Im currently hospitalised and these were my LFT numbers: Bilirubin Total, 8.6 Direct Reacting Bilirubin 4.9 Indirect Bilirubin 2.7 GPT (ALT) 3824 GOT (AST) 3554 Alkaline Phosphatase 164 GAMA GT (GGTP) 255 Im otherwise doing ok. My fever has started on 15th december and its still not settled. I still get temperature of 100-100.9 . Is this normal? My doc says fever should have settled by now. Tests for all other viral infections are negetive. Just seeking opinions if there is anything I should be doing for my recovery. Please share your experiences Thanks much!
