A Beautiful Start to the Day!
I woke up at 5:55 am and started my day with: Oil pulling. (10 mins) Dunking my face in a bowl of cold water (30 seconds for 4 rounds). Eating a 10g piece of ginger. Drinking 700 ml of water. Doing 20 minutes of stretching followed by a 3 km walk. Just had a good cup of tea—this is my first step toward creating the new me! Hope you’re all having an exciting day and living life with positivity. Stay strong, stay happy, and let’s keep growing together!1
