Will everyone except Hindus go to hell? More details below

This is a question that has always crossed my mind. For centuries alot of foreigners didn't know about Hinduism,so they continued on their lives without living like what Hinduism says to. They ate beef,meat etc etc. Even today not everyone's a Hindu and they don't follow Hindu code of condcut (Not that i have any sort of problem with them not doing so,infact i believe theres nothing wrong in them doing this). My question is,will they all get naraka for doing so and not following Hindu rules of life? Or will they get swarga or naraka purely on their moral karmic acts?
