I use to do meditation, but then I seen commentary of Sandeep Maheshwari on Ashtavakra Geeta he said meditation is not needed. I stopped, I fall into depression, sacrificed my career, having miserable life. It is shocking to see that all influencers started taking meditation workshop and giving discourse. As per vignan Bhairav also referred as encyclopedia of meditation - it is very clearly mentioned that only enlightened master are eligibile to take meditation workshops - why king use to come to Buddha for meditation can't they hire some influencer? Only Guru can make you reach such state. That is so true, on world meditation day Sri Sri Ravi Shankar broke world records. Its not first time, in planet meditation 1.5 Lakh people in Argentina. This is what I call spread of Sanatana. Sandeep Maheshwari commented on Ashtavakra Geeta. How low you will go? Everybody want to cash on popularity of meditation and fooling people. 99.9% videos and app on meditation don't give you any state. But public is innocent, they are cheated. Instead of Samadhi state tbey get zero experience and exit life clean bold not knowing what meditation in real is. Similarly west has coined mindfulness - which is nothing, no result in comparison to meditative state. But fooling and making billion dollars on fake mindfulness workshop. Why they coined is simple, they observed its impossible to give meditation experience and we can't build business on it. That's why no university of meditation. So lets trick on it. I recommend to have authorized body - to check on people who are making fun of Hinduism and cashing on our popularity. That's why previously there were reverence to processes, today due to internet - All think of cashing it. Meditation is most important, there is no joy in life without meditation. People who never experienced meditative state are very unfortunate. Patanjali given samadhi state as spiritual growth. Those who reached no such state are at Zero level.
