How to ask forgiveness from Ram ji and Hanuman ji? I am in a bad health shape and cannot visit temple right now.

Just some days back I chanted Bajrang Baan as my mother's health was not good and mine wasn't too. But it seems it was too powerful/ seem to have angered Hanumanji. How can I ask for forgiveness?
