Settl is a BIG SCAM

Horrible and traumatic experience with Settl. I honestly don’t understand how the company is functioning. The sales team creates a sense of urgency and doesn’t give you correct info. Once the sale is done, my sales rep, Somenath Mukherjee, never bothered receiving my call and living upto his word. He’s clearly a fraud. The customer support only supports the company and is extremely rude and useless. The only lifeline they have is there’s no written proof. When I pointed out an email where food was included but I still wasn’t eligible, they went mum. Lastly, it’s called a coliving space but no activities were held whatsoever. With the kind of bitter experience I’ve had, I really want to go to the consumer court!
