Reviews for "Mom's Pg" in sector 22

Hi, I wanted to know some honest reviews about this Mom's Pg in sector 22 Gurgaon, if anyone has heard or lived there. Me and my colleague (22F) are planning to take it if reviews are good since it's close to DLF offices. Rent is around 22k, which is a bit steep for a pg so I wanted to know if it's good.
