Hi Guys, I am looking for a new office space. 1. Area- Sec 49, 50, 66, 65 (in order of preference) 2. Preferably residential  3. Budget within Rs. 100000 4. 2-3 car parking 5. Independent House/Floor preferred (not basement) 6. 1 staff personnel required 7. PG/Flats located nearby 8. 3300-4800 sq ft Carpet area 9. Attached servant room 10. Can comfortably accommodate 30-35 people(workspaces) We are a startup and the team is growing, hence, we need a new space to accommodate people. Currently we use a commercially registered independent floor in a house and suits us really well. It has space to rest, a comfortable drawing room, a full-fledged kitchen where our meals are prepared fresh and we would preferably want something like this only just for more people.
