Need travel suggestions for boys trip

Planning to go on another boys trip with 10 people all between 20-22, suggest some good places around India, budget is 50k-70k per person, for atleast 5-7 days. Need some lively place, but peaceful as well as has crowd of our age. Planning to go around may last week or June first week. Can’t go international due to some restrictions. From Delhi NCR, can travel by air, by road, or by train, that’s not a issue
