Need an experienced lawyer to help evict commercial tenants who have been non-compliant for a long time.

Hi Reddit community, I'm dealing with a tenant issue at my commercial property in Gurugram, Sohna Rd Spaze IT park, and I'm considering eviction due to ongoing non-compliance with the lease terms. The lease expired in August 2024. Looking for a lawyer. We already sent an eviction notice. Any pointers appreciated.
