    Indian HR and corporate practices

Toxic work culture / exploitative attitudes / no ownership of work / living from break to break / lack of job security / high attrition rates / low productivity / minimal efficiency and more… Any of that sound familiar? Well it’s the truth of Indian Hr and corporate practices. Why? Lack of business ethics, individual moral superiority, HR is doing you a favor by interviewing you, lack of openness to change, “I went through this so you should too” attitude, Employee :”bas boss ka kaam karke mahina nikal na hai”, Employer : “how tf do I get the most amount of work done for the least amount of money” Down stream effects? No ownership of service/product, kaam chalu attitude, downstream societal effects (negative), problems/friction doing business with international clients/partners/business people. But yeah - this country is fucked, good luck with the “India superpower vision”.
