How do you guys relive stress ?

Just came from office with an urgent deliverables and a meeting of 4 hours with Sr. Management. Too much exhausted and have to work tomorrow as well on a holiday. What do you guys generally do in this situation other than drink ? Totally feeling exhausted right now and can't sleep early.
