Good PGs around Unitech Cyberpark, Sector 39

Looking for PG not too far from cyberpark. Walking/rickshaw distance. Budget is roughly 15k. Willing to stretch 2-3k more if a really good PG comes up. Good food and room/housekeeping. Well-lit rooms hopefully, with good natural light. Willing to go sharing (I have a friend I'll shift with). I've already looked at a few PGs in sector 45 and a lot of them did not have sunlight even though they were cheap. Their food also not v impressive. Commune in sector 45 (not Greenwood, the other one) is for around 18k per person in sharing but food is good there, and well lit rooms. Are there any other suggestions around Cyberpark? Sector 40, 45, 46 etc.
