Customer facing Project Manager position vs Non Customer facing

Guys, not sure if this is right forum…but I’m asking anyway. So I am a MNC in a Customer Facing Technical Project Management role. And I am getting an offer from another MNC for a non customer facing role. I know there are pros and cons for both and it depends on how I want my career to shape up, but what are your thoughts? Whats better in the long run?
