23M - Founder's Office Role

Hi All, I'll cut to the chase. **Info:** 23M Living in Hometown Working in a leading performance marketing agency as an Analyst since last 16 months Graduated with a CS Engineering Degree in July 2023 from Tier 3 Uni 33k/Month take home pay Savings - easy 50% since rent and food is free and live at my parents home Parents are senior citizens **Situation:** Cracked Founder's office role at a leading FMCG Startup Role will be generalist in nature 53k PM in hand Office in Udyog Vihar I will get promoted in March end to Senior Analyst role with similar pay \~48k **Questions:** 1. Is the pay fair considering moving to gurgaon where the rent has shot up post COVID and Since I was saving a lot in my hometown, it is all gonna go upside down 2. I plan to do a M7 MBA in the future, is this the right move to do? Will this help my profile ? 3. The fear of loneliness and not being there for parents is something that is holding me back 4. Should I take up this role or pass it? Shedding your light on this and any general advice is appreciated
