Zepto’s misleading connotation of “Item Total”

I have a habit of summing up the cart total (it is a fun mental math exercise). Today when I was summing up my Zepto cart items, I realised that the Item Total I am calculating doesn't match what is written in the end. I gave the benefit of doubt to them as the title is "Item Total & GST". I expected the GST to be on the handling fee but I couldn't clearly see where actually is the handling fee (maybe they're generous enough to have waivered it for a large order). Out of curiosity I clicked on the small font at the bottom of the screen and got to realise that what they call "Item Total" is the cost of all items + a 25 Rs handling fee. I believe it is quite unusual to add handling fee there and call it as "Item Total". Not sure if this bugs everyone but this has got to be really sus design to hide the cost to appear as a oh-i-do-not-charge- anything-extra service.
