Urgent! Injured cow in u block

There's a cow who seems to either have a thorn in her hoof or maybe injured but she has been screaming and asking for help around the street. I tried to contact several ngo but they all seem to not have working number online. She looks pretty scared and hurt so I m not able to help her out so far, in case she gets agitated and hurt me. Can anyone provide any sort of phone number or website for a rescue team?. Location is DLF Phase 3, gurgaon, U Block.
